IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

​

Samantha is all about approaching health in a holistic way, creating balance within yourself and your life. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain strength, improve cardiovascular endurance or increase your flexibility, Samantha can create an individual program to help you achieve the results you desire. In home personal training will allow you to exercise in the comfort of your own environment, without having to organise babysitters, buy expensive equipment or feel uncomfortable in a gym. As part of personal training with Sammy C you will receive an initial assessment to record your current condition, set out goals and discuss your limitations and preferences. As your fitness journey progresses, there will be further assessments, so that adjustments and new goals can be made to help you stay focused and motivated.

FIT MUMS CLASS

​

Samantha also runs FIT MUMS classes at Riverstone Neighborhood Community Centre. These are full body training classes which change each week.  A fun, safe environment where you can bring your child, get fit and make new friends. There is a playpen in the corner, toys for different ages, and colouring for the older kids. A lot of our toddlers love to run around the room and join in with some of the training. You only need to bring a towel, yoga mat, bottle of water and the desire to get your sweat on and have a good laugh.

About

Samantha is a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping other Mums become a better version of themselves.

She is a huge advocate for self care and the importance of leading by example for the little eyes watching.

Being a Mum to an energetic 5 year old boy, she has mastered techniques, tips, tricks and hacks to help make healthy living be more achievable and sustainable for busy Mums.

She started her own personal fitness journey with effective at home work outs, that could be done around her baby's sleep. After falling in love with how confident and empowered she felt improving her health and fitness, she knew she must turn her passion into a career and help empower other Mums in the same way.
